The Bank in Elie is an exceptionally stylish and versatile house located in the heart of the village.

Entering this house through the original bank door you find 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a large living / dining room with log burner, a very well equipped kitchen and a family bathroom.  The rooms are very large with high ceilings and have very comfortable furnishings and well-designed bathrooms.  The family bathroom in this house has a roll top bath and large walk in shower.   There is a super king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds and then two twin beds in the other two bedrooms. The house sleeps six people.

Bank 15 has spacious public areas and is luxuriously decorated in a contemporary style with every comfort considered. Plenty of off street parking.

Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as our dog policy is followed.

Bank 13 is the eastern half of the building that can be rented separately and comes with an attached bothy. All the bedroom are downstairs, below the living and eating space upstairs.

The house sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of which are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have French windows on to the courtyard and the third bedroom is at the front of the house.  Two bedrooms are en-suite and there is a further family bathroom.

This house has a lovely first floor  terrace just off the living room with two sets of furniture – a dining table and a comfortable seating area.

The kitchen and living room are open plan, light and very comfortable. The dining table in this room can be made to seat fourteen. There is a wine fridge in the kitchen and plenty of space for people to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course just a few minutes walk down the road.

The Bothy is rented with Bank 13.  This is a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom and kitchen / sitting room. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed that adds flexibility to the number of single bed spaces in No. 13.

The house has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms and a huge amount of public space.  This house consists of Number 13 which sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with a bothy that can sleep an extra 4 people.

Number 15 sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Both properties have spacious public areas and are luxuriously decorated in a contemporary style with every comfort considered. Plenty of off street parking.

Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as our dog policy is followed.

Number 13

The living room above Number 13 is above the bedrooms with sea views and light flooding in.  This house also sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of which are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have French windows on to the courtyard and the third bedroom is at the front of the house.  Two bedrooms are en-suite and there is a further family bathroom.

This house has a lovely terrace just off the living room with two sets of furniture – a dining table and a comfortable seating area.

The Orangery is located on the north side of Elie House and is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Elie.  The house is surrounded by extensive private gardens that are shared by all Elie House residents and holiday guests too.  It’s a tranquil setting but also very close to all the things that make a holiday in Elie so special – the village, beaches, restaurants, pubs, sports clubs and golf.

The house is simple  yet very stylish and elegant. There are five generous bedrooms (one double, three doubles/twins and a bunk bedroom), a living room, a large kitchen diner and three bathrooms of which, two are en-suite. The house has a very efficient heating system, and a great sound system.  All the instructions are clearly explained and not difficult to master! The house is a joy to stay in during the winter or summer as it can be made cosy or cool.

The numerous windows in the property make it a very light and airy place to be and the garden terrace behind the house is a blissful spot to relax or have a BBQ after a day on the beach.

The house has ready access to all the Elie amenities yet when you go ‘home’ you will feel like you are a world away from the busy village. Here you have two dedicated parking spaces and the joy of a hut to put your bikes or golf equipment in.

The house accepts well behaved dogs. They too can enjoy the grounds but must always be under control and in sight of course.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Georgian house dating from the 1820s. It has lots of charm and character.

There are two sitting rooms. The main bedroom is south facing and looks across the Forth. A bunk room and a ingle room with a single pull out bed make up the sleeping accommodation. The enclosed south facing garden is set high up with sweeping views across the forth towards Bass Rock. Sitting out on the terrace is a joy. The garden is mature and full of colour.

There are three bedrooms – two King beds and a twin as well as a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. It has a perfectly sized living room with a wood burning stove. Walk through the modern kitchen to a delightful wee sun trap at the back. Dogs are welcome but only one at a time.
