Toll Green is a handsome town house built over three floors in the very centre of Elie. The house has two sitting rooms, four bedrooms, a large dinning space, fully equipped kitchen and two sofa beds, offering a flexible space for families or groups. You will be a couple of minutes’ walk to the deli and the pub, and a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach. With lovely sea views from its upstairs windows, plenty of social space, Toll Green is cosy and highly practical for a weekend break or a summer holiday.
The four bedrooms (one double, two twin/double and one bunk room) together with the two sofa beds in the two sitting rooms means the house can sleep 10. There is an ensuite bath/shower room, a family bath with shower room and a downstairs loo. One of the sitting rooms has a log burner and leads directly out into the lovely, enclosed and sheltered garden which has two seating areas and a BBQ. Dogs are very welcome at Toll Green.

A very pretty four bedroom cottage with large garden and wonderful sea views. A perfect place to relax and experience Elie. In the heart of Elie village, yards from the mile long beach and minutes from all the amenities Elie has to offer. It’s perfect for a family holiday or short stay as its fully equipped, extremely comfortable plus it has a log burner in the downstairs sitting room. The showers are powerful, the beds and linen are very comfortable with enough space for everyone to relax in peace.
There are two sitting rooms, a dining / kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and stunning sea views from its upstairs windows. We can provide children’s equipment including cots and high chairs and there is plastic cutlery and plates for young children too. The stairs are steep but there is a door at the top that can be closed to prevent small kids going downstairs.
The bedroom are one king, one twin/super king and two bunk rooms. There is a bunk room with adjacent shower room downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs. The garden is large and enclosed, it has a BBQ and a terrace for sitting/eating. There is also a raised terrace to admire the great view.

Rosemay is centrally located near the Station Buffet pub, the Elie Deli, Carols Ice Cream shop and the beach. The gardens are mature and very large making them an ideal place to while the afternoon away. The house is large and comfortable with plenty of space for eight to sit and relax and eat. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is an anti kitchen with Belfast sink for washing etc. Parking is on the street outside but you can walk everywhere in the village.
The upstairs attic bedroom is great for kids as there are three beds and lots of space to play. However, the stairs leading to the room are quite steep so younger children should sleep downstairs. The master ensuite has a king bed, the second bedroom is also a king and the third bedroom on the first floor is a large single room with a pull out bed. The living room has a double aspect overlooking the front of the house and the pretty back garden so its a really light, airy room.
The house is so convenient for all aspects of village.

The Orangery is located on the north side of Elie House and is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Elie. The house is surrounded by extensive private gardens that are shared by all Elie House residents and holiday guests too. It’s a tranquil setting but also very close to all the things that make a holiday in Elie so special – the village, beaches, restaurants, pubs, sports clubs and golf.
The house which was newly refurbished five years ago is extremely well presented and equipped. There are four generous bedrooms (two double and two double/twin), two living rooms, a large kitchen dinner and three bathrooms. The house has a very efficient heating system. All the instructions are clearly explained and not difficult to master! The house is a joy to stay in during the winter or summer as it can be made cosy or cool in the summer.
The numerous windows in the property make it a very light and airy place to be and the garden terrace behind the house is a serenespot to relax or have a BBQ after a day on the beach.
The benefit of the house is that it’s in Elie with all its amenities yet you feel like you are a world away from the hustle and bustle of the town where parking can be difficult in the summer for example. You have two dedicated parking spaces. The large entry way to the house has plenty of space for equipment, shoes and jackets.
The house accepts well behaved dogs. They too can enjoy the grounds but must always be under control and in sight of course.

Right next door to Elie Deli in the heart of the village, this delightful main door apartment feels more like a large house with its large open plan living area and stunning views out over the Firth of Forth, including the great mass of Bass Rock over at North Berwick.
The interior is cool and fresh, equipped with every modern convenience, an ideal hideaway for families and groups, half way between the beach and golf course – and you can bring the dog too.
Outside amongst the apple and plum trees, you can sit in the hot tub or sauna after a day on the beach, or perhaps cook some delicious Deli sausages on the BBQ. The secure back garden also has space for bikes, surf boards and all the usual beach paraphernalia you might want to bring.

Duddingston House is a spacious, comfortable and stylish five bedroom house on The Terrace in the centre of the Elie beachfront. With two large living rooms – one with a fire place, the other with a stunning gas fire – and a big kitchen, the social space is really relaxing. The bed configuration in this house means it’s extremely flexible for families, groups of friends and single sex groups such as golfers. There are eight individual bed spaces when sofa beds are used and when families are using the house there are three large double rooms.
The garden is secure and sheltered and has a large patio and table for alfresco dining and a BBQ hut for all year round BBQs, a fabulous addition for those winter weekends away. Dogs are very welcome and as the beach is just across the road its perfectly placed to walk them.
The house has been recently restyled and is very comfortable and well equipped. The large utility is very handy for washing sand off or drying golf clothes. The house is a few minutes walk from all the amenities Elie has to offer and you can park outside the house.

Lower Lochburn is the substantial ground floor of Lochburn House. It has a wonderful more traditional sitting room at the front. A new extension at the back extends into the garden and adds a modern kitchen, dining area and TV area with stove and sink-in-to sofas.
The large garden, over which a number of the bedrooms look – including a lovely little private ground floor bedroom with its own bathroom – is an ideal, private space to relax, with plenty of room for children (or indeed, adults) to run about on the lawn and play games, too. Best of all a BBQ kitchen is coming from July 2019 (complete with fridge), which means you won’t have to keep running upstairs for the things you’ve forgotten.

Upper Lochburn is a lovely and spacious double-upper centrally situated on Elie’s picturesque High Street with a view to the sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with everything you need for your Elie holiday, and just an easy walk to the beach. The garden is ideal for outside eating and has it’s own BBQ shed.
Upper Lochburn is very conducive to relaxation.. The space is calming, the facilities are well thought-out with everything you could need for a holiday by the sea, including a very handy storage locker for beach items in the garden, whether it’s buckets and spades or inflatable kayaks. The living room is large but cosy, with a wood burner – a great space to unwind – and the kitchen/dining room is stunning with a long dining table and very well-equipped kitchen.
Throughout, there are views towards the sea or over the garden, not least from the en-suite master bedroom. Three of the four bedrooms can be used as either super kings or twins.

There is an extensive garden at the rear and a simply wonderful sea garden to the front. It is ideal for a quiet moment reading or an al fresco lunch with friends.
